Contestants must be single, never married, and never have birthed a child.

This is a scholarship pageant, so contestants should be enrolled in, planning to enroll or very recently completed advanced education or training.

Curious about competing in the Miss Black Sacramento Scholarship Pageant?
Join us for an informational session to learn more about the Miss Black Sacramento program, our 55-year history, and what to expect as a contestant. We will walk through the competition categories, eligibility requirements, important dates, and the overall pageant experience. Attendees will also have the opportunity to hear from current titleholders, learn about the mentorship and scholarship opportunities available through the program, and ask questions in an open and supportive environment.
Whether you are seriously considering competing or simply interested in learning more, this session is a great opportunity to explore what Miss Black Sacramento is all about.
