• Contestants must be 13 - 17 years old (Teen Division) or 18 - 27 years old (Miss Division)

• Contestants must be single, never married, and never have birthed a child.

• This is a scholarship pageant, so contestants should be enrolled in, planning to enroll or very recently completed advanced education or training.
